AN EVENING OF COMEDY
(3 One Act Plays)
(1986)

These three one act plays were all comedies but yet were different forms of comedy.
“Passion, Poison and Petrifaction” was a revival of the popular Victorian melodrama by G.B. Shaw that we performed two years ago. it had its touch of farce and mystery.
The second play was the mystery-comedy “Ah, Sweet Mystery” written by John Kirkpatrick.
The third play “Comin’ Round The Mountain” was a ‘hillbilly comedy’ written by Ned Albert. A lot of new faces to the SSHS Drama Club appeared onstage and still more newcomers joined the backstage crews. Our new club members all performed well in this evening of laughs aplenty.
